How it works
What to expect from a visit
1. Booking
Book via the contact form or by phone. We'll confirm the date, ask about your pet's breed, coat condition, and any known sensitivities.
2. Arrival
We arrive with all equipment — table, dryer, tools. You don't need to prepare anything other than an accessible space. A bathroom or utility room works well.
3. Pre-groom check
We do a quick assessment of coat condition before starting. If there's matting that affects the plan, we'll let you know before proceeding.
4. The groom
Typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on breed and coat. You can stay nearby or leave the room — whatever your pet prefers.
5. After
We'll note anything you should watch for between grooms — matting-prone areas, ear condition, nail growth rate.

Dogs — small breed

Brush-out, bath, blow-dry, nail trim, ear check. Includes breeds under approximately 10kg.
Dogs — large breed
From £75
Full groom including brush-out, bath, blow-dry, finishing trim, nail trim, ear check.
Cats
From £50
Brush-out, bath if needed, nail trim, ear check. Coat trim available for long-haired breeds.
