Professional grooming

Three ways to work with us

At-home visits in Edinburgh, consultations for anyone with an internet connection, and salon appointments at our three Polish locations. Each one is different — here's what to expect from each.

Service 01

At-Home Grooming

From £45 (small breed)
From £75 (large breed)
From £50 (cats)

We come to you. No travel stress for your pet, no unfamiliar environment. The grooming happens in your home — on a table or in a bath, depending on what we're doing and what your pet needs.

This service is available in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. It works well for dogs and cats who are anxious about car journeys or who get unsettled in new places. It's also useful when the pet's mobility makes transport difficult.

What's typically included

  • Full brush-out and de-shedding
  • Bath with breed-appropriate shampoo
  • Blow-dry and finishing
  • Nail trim
  • Ear check and clean if needed
  • Coat trim or full clip depending on breed requirements

Scope note

At-home grooming is available within Edinburgh and a 15-mile radius. We don't currently cover the rest of Scotland for home visits. If you're outside this area, the online consultation is available regardless of location.

Service 02

Online Consultation

£35 — 30 minutes
£60 — 60 minutes

A video call with one of our groomers. You show us your pet, we tell you what we see — coat condition, matting risk, what to do at home and how often, whether a professional groom is actually needed and how soon.

This service is for owners who want a direct answer for their specific animal, not generic advice from a guide. It's also useful before a first professional groom — knowing what to expect and what questions to ask makes a difference.

What's typically covered

  • Coat condition assessment
  • Breed-specific maintenance recommendations
  • At-home routine (brushes, frequency, technique)
  • Whether professional grooming is currently needed
  • How to find a reliable groomer in your area (if you're not in Edinburgh)

Scope note

Consultations don't include diagnosis of skin conditions or veterinary advice. If we see something during the call that suggests a vet visit, we'll say so — but the consultation is for grooming, not medical assessment.

Service 03

Salon Grooming (Poland)

From 120 PLN
Warsaw · Kraków · Wrocław

Three salons across Poland, each staffed by trained groomers. Walk-in availability varies by location — booking in advance is recommended for weekends and for complex grooms (doodles, heavily matted coats, or first-time appointments).

The salon environment is calmer than many high-volume grooming chains. We keep appointment slots limited to avoid overcrowding and don't use cage dryers.

What's typically included

  • Pre-groom consultation with the groomer
  • Bath, blow-dry, and brush-out
  • Breed cut or owner-specified trim
  • Nail trim
  • Ear cleaning
  • Finishing spray if requested

Scope note

Heavily matted coats may require a de-matting session before a full groom. In some cases the matting is too severe for de-matting without causing discomfort — in that situation we'll discuss the options with you before proceeding. There is no additional charge for the conversation.
