Information on this site
Grooming guides and articles on this site are written by qualified groomers and reviewed for accuracy. They are provided for general information and are not a substitute for professional advice specific to your pet. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date.

Service bookings
Bookings are confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. The cancellation policy is: cancellations with 24 or more hours notice receive a full refund; cancellations between 12 and 24 hours receive a 50% refund; cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows receive no refund.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for decisions made based on information on this website. Professional grooming services are provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions, behavioural issues, or situations outside of normal grooming practice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
