What happens in a consultation
You book a slot, we send a video link. At the appointment, show us your pet's coat, any problem areas, and tell us what's been happening. We assess what we can see and give you specific, direct recommendations.
This is not a chat where you describe your pet and we give general advice. It requires seeing the actual animal. Camera quality doesn't need to be professional — a phone in good light is enough.
